Project Manager

York Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of home renovation and addition projects, from initial planning to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans and schedules
Coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Must have a valid driver’s license
